Willowbrook Bed and Breakfast is ideally situated between the South Downs and the coast close to Chichester and Emsworth, and offers a friendly and relaxed accommodation in the quiet semi-rural village of Hambrook. The frontage has a large block paved car park with easy access and is suitable for larger vehicles. The nearest train station, Nutbourne, is one kilometre away or about a 10-minute walk.
Our B and B has a choice of two tastefully appointed spacious bedrooms with garden views over the Hambrook stream, paddocks, woodland and farmland beyond. The ’single room’ has a single bed and sleeps one person. The ‘family room’ has a single bed and double bed can sleep up to three people.
For your comfort, both rooms are provided with towels and bathrobes, hairdryer, flat screen TV, WIFI, variable speed ceiling fan and tea and coffee hospitality tray with biscuits and bottled water.
Full English breakfasts are served with vegetarian alternatives by prior arrangement. Serving times are from 07:30 to 09:30. Check-in / check-out times are 14:00 and 10:00 respectively.
The guest bathroom is separate from the guest bedrooms and may be shared with other guests.
Please note there is no smoking indoors and we cannot take pets or children under 14 years of age.
Bed and Breakfast prices are £66 per night for the single room, and for the family room prices are £78, £82 and £95 for 1, 2 or 3 persons respectively. If you book with us directly, a £5 per room per night discount on the above prices is available.

Some local attractions include the historic cathedral city of Chichester and Festival theatre, Bosham Church Quay (where King Canute failed to turn back the waters), Fishbourne Roman Palace, Goodwood, the blue flag beaches at West Wittering, Hayling Island, Stansted House and park, RAF Tangmere, the Weald and Downland Living museum, the harbours at Chichester and Emsworth and the spectacular South Downs National Park. You can also have a memorable horse riding lesson at our riding school which is situated close to the bed and breakfast.
Emsworth and Hampshire
Slightly further afield there is Arundel castle and Southsea with its beach and the naval city of Portsmouth with Gunwharf Quays and the Spinnacre Tower, HMS Victory, Warrior and the Mary Rose museum.

There are many pubs and restaurants in nearby Nutbourne, Funtington and Southbourne, some within walking distance.
